Videos submitted to this service may be selected for use in this and other NAPMA resources at the sole discretion of NAPMA, it’s officers and staff. Each Submitter hereby grants NAPMA and their respective designees, agents, successors and assigns, a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, fully-paid and royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, distribute, transmit, display, make derivative works of and utilize all Submissions in any manner and for any purposes including, but not limited to Martial Arts Marketing Incorporated (DBA NAPMA).
