    Thank you for the Friday telephone conference. During the conference you requested possible topics.

    We get a lot of “op in” interest messages from our website. They usually ask the same questions we get from a telephone call – How much does it cost? Approximately 20 % enter into discussion. 10% come to an intro class. All of them get our monthly e-newsletter.

    What is the best response to the people who contact us this way? We would like to get our intro number up.
